What you can do with Tribalogix, and what we promise back.

Plain-language terms governing your use of the Tribalogix platform and the marketing site at tribalogix.ai. The contractual document for paid pilots and production engagements is the executed master services agreement; these terms cover everything else.

Acceptance

By using tribalogix.ai, the embedded preview application, or any pre-production sandbox we provide, you accept these terms. If you are evaluating Tribalogix on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Permitted use

• Browse the marketing site, read documentation, view live demonstrations.
• Submit a cleared-access intake or request a paid evaluation pilot.
• Reference public information from the site in good-faith research, journalism, or competitive analysis, with attribution.

Prohibited use

• Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk download of supplier records or any other content, beyond what a normal browser user would access.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source of any deployed binary, model, or shader.
• Probing for security vulnerabilities outside an authorized disclosure program. (We welcome coordinated disclosure — see the Security page.)
• Misrepresenting your affiliation, sending us payloads designed to defeat sanitization, or testing our spam-detection in production.
• Use in violation of U.S. export controls (ITAR, EAR), sanctions (OFAC), or any other applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Tribalogix platform, the wordmark, the “Industrial Decision Layer” positioning, the anodized substrate shader, the resolving-lattice particle system, and all source code are the property of Tribalogix. The supplier database is licensed for use by authorized customers; the data pipeline, schema, classifier, and access tooling are proprietary.

Customer-supplied query data, customer-uploaded files, and customer-generated outputs remain your property. Tribalogix receives no ownership interest in your operational data and does not use it to train models. (See the Privacy notice for the full posture.)

Warranties and disclaimers

The marketing site and unsigned-pilot evaluation environment are provided “as is”. We make no guarantee that the platform is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any specific procurement decision. Production deployments operate under the warranties stated in their executed master services agreement, which supersede this section.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tribalogix and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or unsigned-pilot environment. For paid engagements, liability caps and indemnities are set in the master services agreement.

Procurement decisions made by your team using output from the platform remain your responsibility and your authority. Tribalogix is a decision-support layer, not a decision-making authority.

Export and sanctions

Tribalogix is a U.S.-domiciled company subject to U.S. export-control law. The platform is engineered to handle ITAR-controlled vocabulary (USML categories, DPAS ratings, NADCAP cert posture) but does not itself transmit controlled technical data unless explicitly configured by an authorized customer. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with ITAR, EAR, and OFAC sanctions in your jurisdiction.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the marketing site or an unsigned pilot at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms. Termination of a paid engagement is governed by the master services agreement.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms is resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia. The parties waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.

Changes

Material changes are versioned (this is R1) and posted with their effective date. Continued use after a posted change indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Existing paid customers are notified by email and bound by the version in effect at the start of their billing cycle until the master services agreement is amended.
